OEM Service
PLS offers OEM services. We accept low to medium volume quantities of PC Board and Box build (Electro/Mechanical) assembly products. Depending on the workload and assembly requirements, our focus is to complete the assembly of products within the following timeframes:
- 1 – 2 days for Prototype assembly
- 2 – 5 days for PC Board assembly
- 2 -5 days for PC Board Rework
- 2-5 days for Wire and Cable Soldering
Our Staff Qualifications and Certifications: With over 20 years of experience in PC Board and Box Build (Electro/Mechanical) Assembly, our staff is IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711 Certified.
PLS Specializes In:
Lead and Lead-Free Soldering:
- PC Board Assembly (Connector, SMT, Through-hole components)
- PC Board Rework (components removal and replacement)
- Cable (crimping and connector wire soldering)
ECOs, Terminals, and Wires Splicing
- ECO Wiring (SMT, Through-hole wiring, and soldering)
- Solder Terminal Connections (Turret, Bifurcated, Pierced, Hook, Gold Cup Terminal)
- Wires Splicing (Mesh Splice, Wrap Splice, Lap Splice, and Hook Splice)
Acceptance and Agreement:
- A description of services and quote pricing confirmation must be signed by the Vendor and PLS
- The vendor is responsible for providing product blueprints and bills of materials as required.
- PLS will not be responsible for defective or damaged materials supplied by the vendor
- PLS will replace any bill of Materials damaged by PLS staff or employees.
- Invoices due upon pick-up or on-site delivery
